Return Policy

At US Product Distributors Inc, we believe great customer service continues even after your purchase.

We stand behind our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all in-stock items.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase or have received an incorrect product, we’ll gladly issue a refund according to the return policy terms and conditions outlined below.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 15 days of the invoice date, and we’ll provide easy-to-follow instructions for sending the item back.
Please note: any issues or discrepancies with your order must be reported within 2 days of receiving the goods. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Ensure that the product is returned in its original manufacturer packaging with all components included. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Faulty Items Returns Policy

Returns for non-faulty items are handled at the sole discretion of US Product Distributors Inc management. If a return is approved for unwanted products, it must be made within 15 days of delivery and only after receiving our written authorization. All returned goods must remain unopened, with the manufacturer’s seal fully intact, and be in perfect resalable condition. Please note that all accepted non-faulty returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless the item was supplied in error by US Product Distributors Inc. Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, software, and warranty documents, contained within their original, undamaged packaging.

Faulty Items Under Warranty

At US Product Distributors Inc, we are committed to providing quality products and reliable after-sales support. If a product develops a fault within its warranty period, we’ll assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. Before returning any faulty item, please contact our support team for written authorization and troubleshooting assistance. Once approved, the product must be returned within 15 days of receiving our confirmation. All returned goods should include the original packaging, manuals, accessories, software, and warranty cards. Items that are physically damaged, altered, or misused may not qualify for warranty service or replacement. If the fault is confirmed and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will either repair, replace, or issue a credit as applicable. 

Please note:  Products that are not found to be faulty upon inspection may be subject to a restocking fee.

Simple Steps for a Hassle-Free Return

At US Product Distributors Inc, we make the return process quick and straightforward. Just follow the steps below to ensure a smooth experience:

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RMA)
    Complete our Return Form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    Please submit your request within 15 days of the delivery date. Once approved, you’ll receive an RMA number and detailed return instructions via email.
    Note: Returns without a valid RMA or received more than 5 days after the RMA issue date will not be accepted. RMA numbers cannot be reissued or extended.

  2. Package Your Return Securely
    Place the item in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using a reliable carrier such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, and insuring the shipment for added protection.
    Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs and any damages incurred during transit.

  3. Label the Package Correctly
    Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Avoid writing on or placing labels directly on the manufacturer’s packaging—doing so may cause rejection by the manufacturer and void the RMA process.

  4. Ship to the Correct Address
    You’ll receive the designated return address in your RMA confirmation email. Returns sent to an incorrect address may experience significant delays in processing.

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, we’ll process your refund or replacement promptly.

Damaged Shipments
If you receive a delivery carton that appears visibly damaged from a carrier such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
If you discover concealed damage after opening the package, notify us right away so we can arrange an inspection and resolve the issue promptly.

Restocking Fee Policy
US Product Distributors Inc reserves the right to apply a 25% restocking fee under the following conditions:

  • The original packaging is damaged.

  • The product has been opened or the manufacturer’s seal is broken.

  • Any accessories, manuals, or components are missing.

Unauthorized Returns
Any return received without a valid RMA number, or that does not meet our return eligibility criteria, will be shipped back to the sender at their own expense.
